Hi, I’m Peony. I care about the small things that shape how we experience the world.

I’ve spent nearly two decades in design, learning how to bring warmth to systems and intention to the details. Over the years, I’ve led initiatives that unify platforms, shape design culture, and build thoughtful products with teams across industries. Along the way, I’ve worked with organizations like the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Martha Stewart Living, Bravo TV, and Medidata.

I’m often described as thoughtful and grounding, someone who listens closely, anticipates needs, and considers all perspectives. I’m drawn to the quiet, the strange, and the beautiful, and to the details that shift how something feels or is understood.

At home, I love cooking and hosting dinner parties, fussing over the music and mood. Parenting two small kids has reawakened my sense of play and imagination (and requisite improvisation), which has a way of finding its way into everything I do.
